I watched from my front porch as the men were trying to bring this cow and her calf to the barn. I love seeing a mother cow talking to her baby, coaxing it to follow along behind.
That's cute. I never realized that the front legs are shorter. I am so excited. My latest thrift store find is a bull head used to practice roping. (I was THE ENVY of everyone in the store who saw me with my find. haha) I am pondering how to incorporate it in my decor but of course I thought of you with your real skulls specifically the one hanging in the tree. That is an option if my idea is no good. And of course my family has enjoyed teasing me about it. :)
So sweet!
ReplyDeleteI just love these mama scenes. They make me smile!

ReplyDeleteJody, what breed of cattle? She's got a nice, full udder; looks like calf will be very well fed.
