ReplyDeleteI love eggs..to eat and to look at. Yes look at. I have a friend who keeps chickens and when he gives me fresh eggs (blue, and green and white), I only eat the white ones. The others get blown out and someday I'm going to do something wonderful with them. They are just to pretty and precious to sacrifice their lovely shells for something so mundane as breakfast.
ReplyDeleteI often tell people that an egg a day is the Golden Nugget of Nutrition. And as your photos show, an egg is also an elegant and lovely thing to look at. And I did have my egg today.
