Grilling!

Have you ever tried a grill wok? It's a wonderful tool that I love to use in the summertime when the grill is fired up full-force. I bought mine at a discount store for about $10 and I use it hard. Before I grill anything in it, I oil it or use a non-stick spray on it.

Here we have marinated steak strips on the side and brocolli and onions in the wok. Whenever I do veggies in the wok, I always toss them with a few tablespoons of olive oil and seasonings before putting them on the heat. I have used frozen vegetables for this, thawed a little bit first, and they turn out perfectly. This is my family's favorite way to eat their veggies.

  9. ThanX for the great tip. Our favorite way to fiX veggies is to sprinkle with EVOO, season and oven-roast, but this grill-wok method sounds even better for warm summer days. Yum!

  10. My husband just noticed someone using one of these recently and thought it a great idea. I think, like Clarice, it would be a great Father's Day gift!
