We get that ...I love night time sounds of crickets. We get that here, too, but I have noticed that at our new house (of two years) we don't hear the crickets or cicadas like we did in our old house. Maybe the ducks eat them? In our old house even during the day we could hear that hypnotizing drone of cicadas.
