Cuppa roses...

In my grandmother's teacup
gracing our table
a cuppa roses.
I think she's smiling
down from heaven.

These are tiny shrub roses from my garden. They have many buds and blooms on one stem so I thought this would be a nice way to display them indoors.

  2. Beautiful idea. Love the sentiment about your grandmother's teacup, too. Now I'm going right out to my shrub rose to do the same thing!

  10. They're beautiful! Another lovely post. And now you have me wondering what happened to my grandmother's teacups. I think when she died, my parents gave many of her little friends each a teacup to remember her by. I hope they saved a few.

  11. This is so pretty Jody. I'm going to try an arrangement like this next year, when my Cecil Brunner blooms again. Your blog always leaves me inspired and feeling peaceful. Thank you.
